Description
Just like the Garlic and mixed herb cheddar, we add the chilli before pressing and maturing for 3 to 6 months. A smooth texture with the added kick of chilli, this cheese lingers on the palette. We find that the chilli is finely balanced by the natural flavours of the cheddar mixed with the gentle hint of garlic to produce a tangy yet refined flavour, not too overpowering but strangely moreish.
