Inspired by an unlikely popular cheese toasty combination at our Glastonbury festival stall, we take a truckle of our already popular garlic and mixed herb cheddar, cut it into 16 wedges and cold smoke it for 3 days over oak chips. This rare flavour combination is fast becoming a best seller.
