Description
We add the garlic and mixed herbs just before pressing the cheddar in the round moulds. It then has 3 to 6 months to mature and develop its smooth texture and complex taste. As with all of our flavoured cheddar, we try not to overpower the natural flavour of the cheese. We strive to keep a balance between the mellow, mild cheddar and the pungent tang of the Garlic making this a refreshingly understated complement to our signature cheddar flavour.

I guess liking a flavour or not is often subjective. But I feel like the garlic and herbs isn’t very strong here. Perhaps I’m expecting something similar to a garlic roule or Boursin.
But the cheese itself is as good as ever. Still delicious overall. Just a bit weak on the garlic/herb side for me
