Traditional Mature Round cheddar cheese is probably the most popular cheddar in our cheese range.

Our cheesemakers carefully select each cheese for the best flavour.  The truckles are vacuum packed on-site to ensure the longest shelf life possible.

Spring Onions are blended with our 9-month-old cheddar.  It is the ideal cheddar to add to any burger salad or just as a tasty snack.
