Oak Smoked Garlic and Herb Round cheese won’t disappoint you.

Our Garlic and Mixed Herb Cheddar is made from fresh curds, matured, and then naturally smoked over oak chips for a minimum of 3 days.  It has a distinct natural smokey flavour and will go well on any cheese board. Once blended the truckles are vacuum packed on-site to ensure the longest shelf life possible.
