Spring Onion Round cheddar cheese is probably the most popular flavour of cheddar in our flavoured cheddar cheese range.
Our cheesemakers carefully select each cheese that is to be blended with fresh sping onions from various sources, to ensure that the flavours and cheese complement each other. Once blended the truckles are vacuum packed on-site to ensure the longest shelf life possible.
Spring Onions are blended with our 9-month-old cheddar. It is the ideal cheddar to add to any burger salad or just as a tasty snack.
