New to the Batch Farm Range in 2024. Our hand crafted Pineapple Black Wax Truckles. Our cheesemakers carefully select each cheese that is to be blended with a flavour, to ensure that the flavours and cheese complement each other. Once blended the truckles are hand finished and waxed by hand on-site.
Pineapple is blended with our Mature Cheddar to create this popular flavoured cheddar.
