Our most popular is the Mature Black wax and then you have the Vintage which is a carefully selected cheddar over 18 months. We have included goats in cheese in this selection also for those people who can’t have cow’s milk. It also includes our very own Batch Blue cheddar blue cheese developed in the summer of 2023.
