Description
First we select the perfect Farmhouse Cheddar, usually around 4 months mature. Then we grate it up adding approximately 40 fresh spring onions to a whole cheese (27kg). It really is that simple. No artificial flavourings, colours or tricks of any kind. Just pure natural flavour.
