Batch Farm Cheesemakers Salted Whey Butter is made in small batches using the fresh cream skimmed from our own cheesemaking whey. Lightly salted and gently churned, it has a clean, balanced flavour and a smooth, easy-to-spread texture.
Whey butter has a subtle savoury depth that works beautifully in both sweet and savoury cooking. Use it for baking, melt it over hot potatoes, or enjoy it simply on toast, it’s an everyday butter that also feels like a treat.
Each 250g pack is hand packed on the farm, using milk from our own cows, and reflects our focus on quality, freshness, and traditional methods.
