The Black Wax is not edible.

New to the Batch Farm Range is our handcrafted Flavoured Black Wax Truckles. Our cheesemakers carefully select each cheese that is to be blended with a flavour, to ensure that the flavours and cheese complement each other. Once blended the truckles are hand finished and waxed by hand on-site.
Fresh Red Onions are blended with our Somerset Red Cheddar to create this unique Red Cheddar Experience.
