New to the Batch Farm range is our handcrafted Flavoured Black Wax Truckles. We have carefully selected each cheese that is to be blended with a flavour, to ensure that the flavours and cheese complement each other. Once blended the truckles are hand finished and waxed by hand on-site.
Elderflower is blended with our Traditional Cheddar to create this unique summer experience

This cheese & the other I bought are both for Christmas time, but perhaps I could mention that they took 4 days to come & I got no response from you when I rang about it, although it was in working hours. It also took the courier some days to respond too, which doesn’t encourage me to order again,unfortunately.
